We are purchasing a new house in Exeter and relocating from abroad. We are looking for someone to stay at our house to accept packages in the days prior to our arrival. The house will be clean and empty (no furniture), but have electricity, water, wifi, etc. We are looking for someone to be available all day for deliveries on Wednesday July 8th, Thursday July 9th and Friday July 10th and a half day (morning) on Saturday July 11th . This person should be willing to take photos and inventory of items that arrive and in certain cases move boxes up a flight or two of stairs and take items out of boxes. Please note you would need to pick up keys from our estate agent's office each morning and evening.

I need help to carry a 125kg table from the front of the house to the back of the house. There are some steps down and steps back up to the garden. Then I need help unpacking it, so it can be constructed (may require some lifting).
