Overall dissatisfied. While Brenda was easy to communicate and organise with, I was disappointed with the clean. The oven was done well. Otherwise many areas were not cleaned properly or not at all. There remains visible dust along the window sills, light fixtures, skirting boards - all which were originally promised. Further cleaning will be needed following this visit.

Brenda did a pre move in deep clean for my new house. Unfortuantely, i was not impressed with the results: - She turned up 1 hour late. - Upon arriving she said the clean was for 6 hours only (this is 37.50 an hour after airtasker fees; way above the normal rate for a cleaner). - She asked for 150 extra on top to finish the job. - The place was not left clean at all: cobwebs on the ceiling, hanging rails, lights, bathroom areas covered in dust, toilet not clean, under kitchen units not touched, carpets barely touched. - Some items went missing: some change in a bag, some antique thimbals and some cleaning products. It was a pretty big job and a very dirty house. Perhaps more than 1 person could do in a day. But in the end i wasnt happy with the result and felt fleeced by the requests for extra money and missing items. Next time Ill be hiring professional cleaners.
