🧺 HEAVY APPLIANCE MOVE — 2 MEN WITH A MANUAL STAIR CLIMBER, OR 1 MAN WITH A MOTORISED ONE Washer-dryer, 97kg, 60 x 66 x 85cm, no handles. It's sitting in my ground-floor hallway and needs to end up standing in the kitchen at the top of 9 steps. That's the job — leave it there, transit bolts still on, nothing to plug in. ⚠️ Either way a stair climber is needed — two men can manage a manual one, one man needs a motorised one. No hand-carrying please, it's far too heavy, and I can't help lift — strict doctor's orders. 🚪 Fire door has to come off to get through — 64cm clear once it's off, and back on afterwards. Hinges are security Torx with a pin in the centre, T20/T25. Standard Torx bits won't grip, so please come prepared. 🪜 Stairs: 63cm wide with the handrail on, 73cm with it off. 52cm vertical from skirting to handrail. The handrail is screwed in — off and back on again please. ↔️ Kitchen door and hallway are clear, no drama there. Happy to send photos —just ask. 📋 Insurance certificate at booking, before and after photos on the day, invoice at the end. The other half of this is plumbing it in — cold feed, waste, transit bolts out, level it, plug in. I'm sorting that separately, but if that's your line of work too, quote me for both. I'd much rather one person did the lot. This week if you can manage it, otherwise I'm flexible — and I'll happily take a cancellation slot. We are in a kitchen showroom. This should take no more than 30 mins. We have 5 kitchen appliances that need carefully and safely moving down a flight of stairs. The appliances and boxed as new in their original packaging. This would require a minimum of two men.
