Got a new electric shower installed 2 weeks ago and stopped at parking already. Needs to be resolved today before 3pm when new guests arrive in this Airbnb apartment.

I am looking for a plumber to carry out the following: add a high pressure shower handle, add a mixer tap to the other bathroom and change the toilet seat. All materials to be supplied, pls quote for the job and provide your best quote.

Power shower suddenly stopped working. Light still on but no water is coming at all. Independently also the ventilator isn’t turning anymore but that was already the case before.

Traditional bridge-style kitchen tap leaking from the base of the rotating spout when the tap is running. Tap is an Abode Ludlow 2-lever monobloc with ceramic handles. The spout rotates freely but water escapes from the base joint, so it appears to be worn or scaled spout O-rings rather than cartridge failure. Looking for someone to: • Remove the spout • Replace O-rings / seals • Clean and grease the spout bore • Reassemble and test Tap otherwise works normally and does not leak when turned off. Thanks

I wondered if you could quote me for a couple of jobs 1. We need to have a new mixer tap (we have bought this) fitted to a bathroom sink as the current tap is leaking 2. The toilet in the same bathroom (someone has looked at this one before several years ago) with a concealed cistern has stopped flushing and so we need to have that looked at

quick fix is fine hence the budget but that can be negotiated --- I've tried using a putty but the water is coming through it and still leaking contently leaving a puddle on the floor daily. the stopcock cannot be turned off so anything that can be done without having to shut water off in the flat?

Water fluctuates between hot and cold water. Not getting consistent hot water.

There seems to be a leak under the bathroom sink coming from the (cold water) blue faucet pipe and also from the white plastic pipe. Please get in touch if you are a plumber and have experience fixing issues like this. Photos attached

Like for like swap electric shower

The hot water tap doesn’t turn and when it does I cannot turn it back to shut water supply. It looks like the cartridge is loose or something

Install a shower toilet, taking the water from the basin next to it. Bring the hose from under the basin cabinet as it's bottomless. No holes required. Just a simple connection of the shower kit to the water pipes. Something similar to the one in the picture

shower does not produce water..even though it is fairly new..!!!

electric shower..fairly new is not letting out water..perhaps an air bubble is the cause..
