There's a small leak coming from the toilet fill valve connection, where the flexible supply hose meets the base of the cistern (see photos). I've already tried tightening the fittings at both ends of the hose and that hasn't stopped the leak, so it's likely the fill valve itself needs replacing, or there's a worn washer/hose that needs swapping out. What I need: Confirm the exact source of the leak Replace the fill valve and/or supply hose as needed Test to confirm no more leaking after repair The toilet is a bit older, so there's a chance the tank may need to come off for full access — happy to discuss on site if so. We have recently had our flat decorated, and new bath panels installed. Since this time, our bath taps have started leaking and we believe they need replacing. The new bath panels were tricky to install and have been cut to size etc (as in pictures), so we’d ideally like this done without the new bath panels removing. We'd like a whole new tap, shower head, waterfall shower set up (not piping behind the walls, but connected externally from the bath taps). Image of the shower we would like are attached. Looking for someone to remove a shower screen and fit a new one (new one is in hand ready to go) and fix a few loose bathroom floor tiles. My kitchen tap also has a minor leak that I would like fixed (think it is coming from the base). I've marked on the pictures which bathroom floor tiles are loose. I've also marked where I think the tap is leaking from.

Water leaks through my ceiling from the shower above me everytime someone uses it. So I’m dealing with a leaky pipe I think and a little bit of damaged plaster. *edit* looking at the pictures it seems to be water seeping through the broken tiles so maybe it’s not a plumbing issue.
