The convention to the water tap is leaking and it’s make the whole floor wet. I have laminate flooring and that had bubbled up so I the tap sealing so it doesn’t drip onto thr floor and if you can replace one of the laminate flooring.

Shower head gone loose, needs repairing

I need to replace my current shower head with a new filtered shower head. Based on an engineer looking at the current shower head, light plumbing work is needed to remove the current shower head so it is possible to install the new one.

I need help finding a wall mounted vanity unit and fitting it along with the tap (i have already bought a tap). Also the new shower valve that has been fitted made the water pressure drop, please look into this as well as the new shower frame is leaking in two corners please refer to the pictures. Issues to address: • Shower cubicle sealant appears worn / damaged and likely needs to be removed and re-sealed • Shower drain / trap may have restricted flow and needs to be checked and unclogged if necessary • There is a visible gap behind the shower head / pipe entry point, which needs to be assessed and sealed if appropriate • Please also check whether there are any signs of water escaping from the shower area Important context: • This is not a full bathroom renovation, only inspection and repair of the above issues • We recently moved in, so we are not sure when the current sealant was last done • Please bring tools and materials needed for inspection and standard bathroom sealing works • Experience with shower cubicles, sealant replacement, and minor plumbing issues is preferred Please quote for: 1. We are looking to get an integrated dishwasher installed for which we need to: 1. Make adjustments to plumbing 2. Swap cabinet doors 3. Existing carcass taken out

Toilet cistern continuously filling and then water is constantly draining into the toilet.

My gas boiler is leaking water and needs inspection and repair. The boiler is still working, but the leak needs fixing as soon as possible. Looking for a qualified gas boiler technician / plumber.

Water pressure issue I have low water pressure in the house. There is a cold water tank in the loft. After some time, the pressure improves slightly, so I suspect there may be an issue with the tank’s filling valve, but I’m not sure. Looking for someone to check and advise.

Toilet seat come off and broken at joint. It’s not a normal toilet in the sense that you have to access it from the back (as we understand it) rather than just screw it on. Have replacement toilet seat to replace broken one
