*** has to have worked with SANIFLOWs before **** I have a basement bathroom with a 3 way macerator: sink, toilet and shower. There seems to be an overflow of water every time the toilet is flushed - water is coming up from the shower plug pipe and is over flowing - not going back down - blockage somewhere

We need a plumber to check our sink as we gear some noise

Cister overflow is leaking. Needs new internal workings. Screwfix is close by if new utems are needed.

My cleaner has not turned off the shower on the Tiron, but by the shower head meaning over 8 hours the pressure release device has been triggered. Now the shower does not function and water streams from the bottom, it needs a replacement PRD fitted.

Shower head dripping continuously when shower off. Probably needs new flow valve or washer. Currently can't get sleeve in photo off - spins but doesn't come off.

I have installed my replacement kitchen tap (like for like) but there is a leak that I'd like fixed please as well as have someone check that everything has been installed correctly. I think the leak is coming from the part with the blue button (see photo)

Only very hot water is coming out of the shower. The thermostatic temperature control (red on the right) is not responding and does not reduce the temperature

There is a slight leak under the kitchen sink between the connecting pipes (where black tape now is in photo) when water is running. Please fix and arrange piping system such that this is prevented in future. Please bring equipment like tools and rubber rings etc required for the job.

Kitchen mixer tap is dripping, I assume it has a ceramic cartridge rather than a standard washer but either way I’ve been unable to take it apart to replace.
