Need pipes fitted in the kitchen in preparation for appliance installation. Need a waste pipe for the dishwasher, sink and washer dryer, a cold water pipe for the dishwasher, sink and washer dryer, and a hot water pipe for the sink.

A bath screen needs to be replaced. I have found one on Victorian Plumbing that looks suitable. There is also a stiffness to the toilet flush from a previous issue with it leaking. The bathroom tap also has a little leak from the back of it. It would be great if these could be fixed. The bath screen is a priority to have replaced.

Pipes under sink leaking which isn’t solved when we tighten them

Small amount of water coming through the light in the flat below under our bathroom, directly below our bath with built in shower. Image attached of the leak coming through the neighbours light. We had someone come around previously and reseal the area around the bath, as we believed that was the issue but the leak has since returned so wanted to check if there is anything else going on!

I have a leaking float valve on a very old outside toilet. Ideally looking to get the valve replaced. It’s got 15mm copper in and no independent isolation and it’s dripping quite a bit. I have a new float valve and will put up pictures of what is going on

Our spanner is too big so we are unable to unscrew the old shower head off.

Toilet cistern is continuously filling but not shutting off and the flush isn’t working. Kitchen tap is dripping water continuously, a waste of water.

I need a small plumbing task completed. The old shower hose adaptor appears to be stuck inside the outlet of my shower mixer tap. I cannot remove the insert myself and need someone with the right tools to carefully remove it. Once removed, I would like a new standard 1/2 inch BSP shower hose installed and tested to make sure there are no leaks. What may be required: • Remove stuck adaptor/insert from shower mixer outlet • Install new shower hose • Ensure proper seal and check for leaks The job should be fairly quick for someone experienced with plumbing fittings. Hi! just to flag an issue with the shower. There is a small but constant leak into the bathtub (not outside it), coming from where the unit is attached to the wall. It’s not heavy, but ongoing. It looks like the unit may need to be assessed and re-secured to the wall, and the leak fixed. Please could someone take a look and advise on repair?
