I have a combi tap in my kitchen which has recently started ‘clicking’ (I presume an air bubble?) and leaking slightly around the seal when turned on. In trying to fix it I have managed to make it worse by losing the screw in the back of the fixing - and I haven’t been able to take the tap fixing to change washer, etc, and don’t want to cause more damage!

Plumbing help with my drinking water filter tap. Water comes out fine but on heating turns yellow and smells of egg. Likely requires a replacement of the pipes connecting the taps so kindly let me know which ones so i can source prior to coming over.

The tiles are leaking through in my bathroom (from underneath) but it is not clear where he water is coming from. I have an integrated sink, toilet, and bath so will need to look around to identify the leak.
