Electric shower installation

I need a new basin waste installed. Tried to do it myself, but it is leaking at the bottom seal. I also have a pneumatic toilet flush that doesn't work well. It is in a concealed cistern box made from tiles. So fix the flush and replace the tile.

I need a valve to be replaced, I don't have the tools. I have the valve already.
