The boiler pressure often drops. Some of the radiators are leaking. The task is to inspect all the radiators in the house (8 in total) to ensure there are no leaks, make the boiler function properly so that the pressure doesn't drop frequently, and adjust the heating level.

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my thermostatic mixer shower. The temperature control dial isn’t working correctly – even when it’s set to “1” (cold), the water still comes out hot. Also, when I increase the water pressure using the left dial, the water suddenly becomes even hotter. I think it could be a problem with the thermostatic cartridge or water pressure imbalance. Pipe issue that’s going into my sani flow, whenever I flush it leaks

Hi we got this sani flow a year ago so we know it’s alright, we think it may be blocked but we’re unable to open it up and check. Whenever we use the tap or flush the toilet it leaks. It should be a quick job. Thank you
