Ground floor Bathroom has a small hairline crack to resolve and ceiling to be painted. I have all the supplies; scrim tape, filler, Zinsser peel stop & Zinsser white self priming paint. I can also purchase the Zinsser ceiling paint if needed. I also have a step ladder. First photo is the bathroom, the others the kitchen ceiling.

There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Ideally I would like someone to scrape off a good amount of the old paint ( was probably painted over old mold in the past) treat the area with an anti mold solution and then repaint. Possibly with anti condensation paint.

The walls in the 3 bedroom house has been skimmed and so the walls now need to be sanded down then painted including the front room. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.

Due to an accident with red wine, I need two walls in my flat repainted in the small double spare bedroom. I would also like some minor touch ups in the flat (see photos). The paint is Dulux Emulsion Paint - Matt - RAL 9010 and would need to be acquired. A stain block primer would be required.

Tenants are leaving our property and we want to repaint before marketing it. It has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and a kitchen. There would need to be some repair work to walls where plaster has peeled and to bathroom ceilings.

Wallpaper has been removed now. It's just to paint window wall, woodwork/door and wallpaper three walls

The area measures 2.4m high and 3.4m wide. The furniture has now been moved to the other side of the room. I do own a wallpaper stripper, unless you have your own preferred method of removal. Photos show how the room was before I moved the furniture that was against it. The work ends by the side of the door frame up to the top of the wall before the loft area. Just the shelf to remove from the wall.
