I am turning this room into a studio and need the stains professionally treated so they don't bleed through my new paint. Task involves: Cleaning the residue/tide marks. Sanding back any flaking paint or rough plaster. Applying a professional-grade stain-blocking primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or equivalent). Ensuring the surface is smooth and ready for me to apply the topcoat of emulsion myself. Please bring your own ladder and stain-blocking materials. I will handle the final painting once you are finished.

Hi there. I need my bathroom cleaned today ready for an inspection tomorrow morning please. I have some basic cleaning products that I'll attach in a picture but please bring your own supplies with you. There is also some mould in the ceiling that needs to be sorted and if you can do that will be greatly appreciated. If you can do the mould you will need a ladder with you as well please. It's a small bathroom so won't take long at all. I reckon about 2 hours or so and probably not even that long to be fair.
