Painting of loft room + hallway. Loft room is currently blue, I am looking to refresh the blue as it had a lot of building work done on it. The hallway is currently white looking to change this into light grey, white ceiling still.

Had new bannister installed and fitted it just needs a light bit on sanding and then painted in white. I have paint and person is required to bring tools / brushes.

I have three small areas with water stains (residue from a leak that is now fully fixed and dry) in a spare room. I am turning this room into a studio and need the stains professionally treated so they don't bleed through my new paint. Task involves: Cleaning the residue/tide marks. Sanding back any flaking paint or rough plaster. Applying a professional-grade stain-blocking primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or equivalent). Ensuring the surface is smooth and ready for me to apply the topcoat of emulsion myself. Please bring your own ladder and stain-blocking materials. I will handle the final painting once you are finished.

I have solid wood bed side table that is coated (in paint form manufacturer) diffuser oil has lifted some of the paint. I need the top layer sanded down and repainted … if can’t get a near enough match in colour I’m open to the whole unit being repainted or the top left natural / varnished … open to ideas … can drop off and pick up

Hi there. I need my bathroom cleaned today ready for an inspection tomorrow morning please. I have some basic cleaning products that I'll attach in a picture but please bring your own supplies with you. There is also some mould in the ceiling that needs to be sorted and if you can do that will be greatly appreciated. If you can do the mould you will need a ladder with you as well please. It's a small bathroom so won't take long at all. I reckon about 2 hours or so and probably not even that long to be fair.
