The main requirement is to: * Lightly prepare the affected areas as necessary before painting. * Repaint 3 walls to achieve a clean and even finish. * The fourth wall is generally fine and does not need painting. However, if it is better/easier to paint the whole room to achieve a consistent finish, that is also fine. * No need to paint the skirting boards, door or window frames. Roughly 70sqm of floor space, comprising one bedroom, large open plan living room, hall and kitchen (some vaulted ceiling with velux) , plus 2 stairwell and small entrance area. The rest of the room is fine and painted but ceiling keeps going blotchy like there's too much paint and it looks odd. I have the paint, i am just looking for someone to made it look smooth (no weird blotches, etc) with no lines, etc. Just the ceiling needs sanding and painting (not the whole room so it shouldnt take too long hopefully!). I struggle doing things upside down haha.
