There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Clean or paint retouch (blend in) visible mark around smoke detector on painted ceiling I need an experienced cleaner or painter to remove a visible circular mark around a ceiling-mounted smoke detector. The mark appeared after I removed some adhesive residue from tape that was covering it using a damp microfiber cloth with isopropyl alcohol. There is no sticky residue left, but the ceiling now has a visible ring around the detector. I’m looking for someone who: * Has experience cleaning painted ceilings without damaging the paint. * Can assess whether the mark can be cleaned/blended or whether it requires a small paint touch-up. * Brings the appropriate cleaning products and equipment. The walls in the 3 bedroom house has been skimmed and so the walls now need to be sanded down then painted including the front room. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.
