There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Hello! :) I've been painting my house and am having issues with my living room ceiling :(. The rest of the room is fine and painted but ceiling keeps going blotchy like there's too much paint and it looks odd. I have the paint, i am just looking for someone to made it look smooth (no weird blotches, etc) with no lines, etc. Just the ceiling needs sanding and painting (not the whole room so it shouldnt take too long hopefully!). I struggle doing things upside down haha. I had some bad recent experiences with tradesmen recently (wonky lines/bad filler) so I am a little nervous but I won't let that project onto you, and i'm looking forward to finding someone I can keep using in the future :)

It’s been down around 6 years and it’s showing its age a bit. -The larger furniture (mainly the sofa and dining table) will need to be moved out on to the patio and covered with tarp. -The kitchen island will need taping off/protecting, as will the skirting boards. -The floor will need a light sand and clean. -The first coat of Bedec Acrylic Floor Paint in Light Grey will need to be applied. -Then there’ll be a drying time of 4 hours before the second coat will need to be applied, so the job may need to be done over two days. The area is approximately 40m2 and I’d like it done before winter sets in. I’m looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in the quality of their work.

The walls in the 3 bedroom house has been skimmed and so the walls now need to be sanded down then painted including the front room. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.

Looking for an experienced painter/decorator with basic carpentry skills to prepare and repaint 9 internal doors, both sides, including relevant door frames/architraves. Doors include: • Hallway storage cupboard door • Bathroom door • Bathroom storage cupboard door • 2 bedroom doors • Living room door • Living room storage cupboard door • 2 kitchen sliding doors The doors/frames are older with several layers of previous paint, so proper preparation is important. I would like them cleaned/prepared, sanded and filled where necessary, then painted in a durable, wipeable warm off-white finish. The 2 bedroom doors + 1 Toilet door require additional work: decorative moulding added to create the 2-panel/picture-frame design shown in my inspiration photo (one larger upper panel and one smaller lower panel). The moulding should be neatly measured, cut, fitted, filled/caulked and painted for a seamless professional finish. The existing silver door handles on both bedroom doors also need to be removed and replaced with modern matt-black lever handles. I can purchase the new handles once advised what type/size is compatible with the existing doors and latches. Some doorways have glass panels above them with old paint overlapping onto the glass. I would like this carefully removed and the surrounding frames prepared and repainted with clean edges. Please protect surrounding floors, walls and fittings and leave the areas clean and tidy.
