I would like the the front patio walls and floor stripped of existing paint and then repainted. I will provide consumables (liquid paint stripper and paint). Tooling to be provided by person carrying out the task. I can provide paintbrushes if necessary.

1) You will need to remove the silicone sealant from the corner of a bathtub, and then replace it with new sealant. Sealant will be provided, but you will need to bring the tools required to remove sealant and re-apply it. 2) You will need to paint over a couple of walls. Approx. length of walls is 10 feet and 5 feet respectively (standard ceiling height). There are some scratches and marks on the walls, and hence this needs to be done. The paint will be provided, but brush and roller will need to be brought by you. The owner/tenant will meet you at the property, and they will buy the paint while you apply the sealant.
