Leaving the office, so need a Paint of the space where its marked up or the paint hasnt been done well, and make good of some places. Some photos attached. Not expecting the full space to be painted (ie ceilings etc not necessary) but need it in a better looking state.

This is a SPECIALIST job. We want someone who has and can use either Doff or Thermatec machine to steam off multiple layers of paint (including lead paint) from an 1860s building, built of soft, red brick. We can’t use jetwash or sandblasting kit - it must be one of what I’ve said and likely with chemicals beforehand. And it doesn’t need to go back to immaculate bare brick - just as close as we can to make the wall breathable, Size is 13m x 6m (two storeys) tall with 6 openings (door and windows). If you have scaffolding or a tower then great, if not we can rent for you. Must have a portfolio of similar work or references.
