Hi, I’m looking for a labour-only quote for a small outbuilding/home office project at St Mary's Avenue Central, Norwood Green, UB2 4LT. I want to turn the room into a modern office/entertainment/lounge space. The work would involve: - Painting selected walls in Dulux Heritage “Ravens Flight” - Keeping some walls in a warm white/off-white for contrast - Installing around 7 acoustic wood slat wall panels, likely smoked walnut - Fitting black end trims - Cutting neatly around sockets, skirting and corners - Ideally, helping fit warm LED strip lighting around/behind the panel sections - Minor filling/prep and clean finishing where needed The main feature wall is roughly 5m wide x 2.4m high. I can supply the paint, panels, trims and LED lighting kit, so I’m mainly looking for labour. Budget is tight, but I still want a neat, professional finish. Renovating the room, ceiling needs the popcorn paper to be removed, so it can be eventually painted. The popcorn paper has been painted over.

Painting our living, dining and wc

The walls in the 3 bedroom house has been skimmed and so the walls now need to be sanded down then painted including the front room. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.
