Unknown budget - flexible. There’s a small chunk of render missing from where a cable hole has been drilled into the side of the building. It’s been there a few years but we’ve only just moved in and want to see if we can get it patched up. We have the paint, so just need the render fixing. (Photo is screenshot from Google Street View). There is a small amount of water leaking from a cupboard ceiling as part of the attic. One panel of the wood veneer sheet is detached and its from behind there that it leaks when it rains.
