2 of my velux blinds require repair. One is very stiff and gets stuck easily, another has a faulty mechanism.

I need a cat flap fitting to one of these doors. One door would be cutting the door and the other would be a new piece of glazing. We don’t mind which but would prefer the lowest cost option. The cat flap is a standard cat flap.

I need help installing Venetian blinds in 4 rooms

The loft hatch has become loos, I kept it open for a few week. I need someone to fix it back in place and I don't have the tools. I also need installing a key lock box on the outside wood porch, just drill 4 nails.

We need a small plastering/repair job following some heating work. A small hole on the wall, section of wall and a small area of the ceiling above it have been left open where some old pipework was removed. We’d like the openings properly closed, using plasterboard if needed, then plastered and finished smooth. If you also do painting, we’d be happy for you to paint the repaired area afterwards as well. Budget is £400.

I've just moved into a new apartment and want to get new curtains or blinds installed. I want someone to measure the dimensions of the windows accurately and then install them once I've bought them. If anyone has any expertise about recommending the best options (blinds or curtains) that would be good too.

Two of my Somfi motorised blinds have stopped working presumably requiring new motors

We have two patio doors which need some attention. They were reused and repositioned when we built our extensions. However I believe they need some tlc with sealing, silicone outside and gaps , I don’t think they are water tight and have gaps which have been abit of a nightmare with ants lately just want it as it should be gaps sealed and anything else they may require. There may also be a few gaps under the threshold where it meets the bricks outside I imagine this is an access point. If you are able to help with something like this please do let us know.
