Hi there, I wanted to get a quote for some handyman tasks. 1. Fit gliss slide curtain rack, 2. Fix shower head, 3. Fix leaking garden hose tap (replace tap), 4. Replace a door stopper, 5. Replace a bathroom air vent, 6. Seal drainage pipe in front garden, 7. Seal drainage pipe on flat roof (access via ladder), 8. Clean flat roof off leaves and gutters, 9. Remove and dispose leaves from 40m2 backyard. 10. Fix garden gate (fix the loose screwed).

I need a reliable handyman to help with three jobs: 1. Raise/adjust a ceiling lamp. 2. Adjust/fix an ottoman bed so that it becomes movable and the metal storage/lifting lever mechanism that’s already affixed can move. Please bring suitable basic tools and let me know if you have experience with ceiling lights and the ottoman bed mechanisms. Budget: £60–£80.minor adjustment only though for base of storage bed that lifts up & is currently in the up right position which i cannot move, after last handy man. To hang a light mirror in bedroom or hall way . Also, 2 flat pack bedside tables plz

It is a large, heavy front door with a multi-point / high-security locking system (not a basic internal door). The issue is not the lock mechanism itself — the problem is that the door does not close properly unless double locked.
