The structure is a BillyOh Winchester Garden Office 5m x 4m (20m² footprint), pressure treated, 44mm walls, 15mm T&G floor and roof, double-glazed door and window units, green mineral felt roof, and premium guttering both sides. So i have almost 90% assembeled shed ..the last one is to install gates but it reuqires drilling through the metal and i dont have such power tools _ so yeah maybe 12 screwing in and setting up final stuff.
