It’s minor but I’d like it properly diagnosed and fixed so it doesn’t get worse. Garden door is quite stiff and hard to open/close smoothly. I would like to install a sliding door, we already have the door and the sliding system. The sliding system has a length of 200 cm and will need to be cut down to 170 due to downsizing the fitting system will need some extra new holes in it. The system has a covering that will also need to be cuted down.The door will need a gliding channel at the bottom so that will need to be cut down in the door.

Sliding door is jammed it doesn’t move only one side of door works (Please im not going to pay £100 for a quick fix of one door 😂) not accepting silly offers

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.
