Find reliable curtain rod installation services in London

I need help with drilling into concrete ceiling and plaster wall to hang an L-shape curtain rod. The ceiling is concrete so you would need a special tool for it.

The curtain rod has come off in the middle, so a new rod has to placed instead.

Curtain rod from Amazon needs to be hung (screwed) into ceiling. Small job but we don’t have a drill which will be required. Maybe a ladder would be needed to, but we may be able to provide a chair or something to stand on if needed.

A kitchen cabinet is broken, wood has worn away due to water damage and hinge fallen off. Hinge will need replacing and wood filler for the cabinet door probably? Also need to mount curtain rods. Some small drill holes in walls need filling too if time allows.
