We have a wooden panel that is fitted into the roof this panel has a blind fitted into it and it has come loose on one side we need till the wooden panel fixed back into the roof. The roof is plasterboard will attach pictures

3 Ikea blinds need installing - need a drill and strength capable of attaching into metal lintels - don't apply if you are going to insist on a different method of fixing. Blinds need cutting down to size as per Ikea instructions [fairly easy bit with hacksaw]. Ideally you will have proof you have done these before as we want minimal damage to frames and apertures
