Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in London

We need help installing four items across two rooms, with a key complication: the ceilings are lightweight suspended/false constructions that cannot take the loads directly. Structural support will be required. Item 1 — Ceiling fans ×2 (already purchased): https://fantasiaceilingfans.com/ceilingfans/luna-46-silver The visible ceiling consists of plasterboard (sheet rock) plus a layer of plywood, supported by metal tracks — unlikely to bear meaningful load. We've been advised the ceiling will need to be opened to inspect the structure behind and a support beam fitted, rated for approximately 50kg. Item 2 — Pulleymaid laundry racks ×2 (already purchased): https://pulleymaid.com/instilation.htm The false ceiling here is sheet rock only, so racks must be fixed into solid structure behind. Note: we can see a further ceiling layer behind through an existing opening, but we haven't been able to determine its material/construction — some investigation may be needed In both cases: Patch and make good to a paint-ready finish (painting not required, but quote separately if you offer it). What we're looking for: Experience with suspended/false ceilings and building load-bearing supports Comfortable cutting open the ceiling, fitting noggins/beams anchored to sound structure, and making good Electrics: Fan wiring is currently undecided — we may have our own electrician handle it, but not yet confirmed. Please quote the structural work and mounting as your base price, and add a separate optional line if you're electrically qualified (Part P / registered) to also connect the fans. Include your scheme/registration details if so. Approach: We're happy to do this in two stages — an initial inspection (opening a small section to assess the structure behind) followed by a firm price for the full job. Please mention your relevant experience and insurance cover level. Please indicate whether your price includes materials (support timber, plasterboard, fixings) or is labour-only.

I have a belt-driven ceiling fan where the belt has become slightly loose. The fan still works, but because there is not enough tension on the belt, it does not turn properly on its lowest speed setting. I believe this should be a relatively straightforward repair. The belt needs to be properly tightened and secured, most likely by re-riveting the belt connection or using another suitable method. I’m looking for someone experienced with belt-driven fans, mechanical repairs or similar equipment who can inspect it and carry out a neat, secure repair. Please bring any appropriate tools, including a rivet gun/rivets if required.

I need someone to install my ceiling fan/light in my bedroom- sometimes the walls can be tricky so need someone who knows what they’re doing!

I need to get ceiling fans installed in 3 bedrooms

*Bought a small simple ceiling fan. *Needs to be installed *Must be electrician and know how to work with electric wires including how to turn off the power while installing. Here is the amazon link for the item: https://amzn.eu/d/0960TYxh

The fan has three wires and the wiring is not very clear in our house where the fan will be fitted. The wiring seems to be non standard so we need an electrician that can properly test the wiring so that the fan is installed correctly and safely. This is not just the usual two wires for a light fitting otherwise I would have done it myself. I just don't want to risk it being installed incorrectly! This is the fan: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CQJZ1RPJ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Update: I’m putting this on hold for now but I will come back and look at quotes soon. 3 rooms, and there are no central fittings as we have spotlights so would need new holes made and any gaps re plastered - I have not yet purchased fans and would like someone with experience of ceiling fans to suggest types as there are a lot on the market - maybe something like this https://ollyri.com/products/modern-faux-wood-6-speed-reverse-frequency-fan-light
