The work involves: * Lift the 52 kg tumble dryer from its current position and place it securely on top of the metal frame. * Slightly lift/reposition the washing machine so that I can remove the existing base/platform underneath it. * Roll the new wheeled metal frame into position over/around the washing machine, so the washing machine sits underneath the frame and the dryer sits on top. I will completely empty the utility room beforehand, so there will be clear access and no shelving/items in the way. The appliances do not need to be transported anywhere — this is purely lifting and repositioning them within the same small utility room.

It was ok for a day after that when I start the machine, it makes a noise when it pumps water and it says something is wrong refer to manual. After that I took the water filter out, it somehow was able to start without issue. Then I used the rinse function twice and was ok. After that I thought it's best to descale it just in case it was limescale built up. I got to step 6 of the descaling. It was interrupted by the message "im doing a little cleaning". Then it pauses for a few seconds and then it says something is wrong refer to manual. Now when I start the machine, it says the last descaling cycle was interrupted so I can only click ok to let it do descaling from step 6. It Then says the same thing "im doing a little cleaning", then pause, then it says something is wrong. So stuck in descaling cycle now. I tried purging water out from the water tank but didnt solve the problem Task - Will likely need to open the hot water and let it flow till the circuit inside fills up. If this doesn’t work then may need to take the unit apart and find the blockage and release it.

We have an integrated Bosch dishwasher that needs fitting. John Lewis came to fit it and refused because the plug socket is on the floor, so it might be that rectification work is needed to fix this to the wall before fitting the dishwasher.
