Title: Cooker hood/extractor inspection – London Bridge SE1 I'm looking for an experienced cooker hood or ventilation engineer to inspect an existing kitchen extractor hood in a tenanted flat in London Bridge. The tenants have reported that the extractor may not be functioning correctly and believe it may have been directing warm, moist air towards the ceiling. There is now visible peeling paint and damage to the ceiling directly above the extractor. The extractor is believed to be a recirculating model rather than externally vented. I'd like someone to: - Check whether the extractor is functioning correctly. - Inspect the filters, fan motor and airflow. - Confirm whether the air is being discharged correctly. - Assess whether the extractor could be contributing to the ceiling damage. - Advise on any necessary repairs or replacement. Have just ordered a new oven and dishwasher. Dishwasher is next to the washing machine and sink, and has power outlet behind.the floor is uneven so might need some sort of solution. For the oven, the hob and oven power switch need to be moved to the next cupboard to make room (old oven was in a different spot). Also not sure if the back carcass needs to be cut out for ventilation?

We currently have an integrated dishwasher that needs to be removed and replaced with a new freestanding dishwasher, which has already been delivered by Amazon. We need someone to remove and dispose of the old dishwasher, prepare the existing space and install the new freestanding dishwasher neatly underneath the existing kitchen counter/worktop. The job will include: * Disconnect and remove the existing integrated dishwasher. * Remove and responsibly dispose of the old dishwasher. * Remove any integrated dishwasher fittings, cabinet fixings, plinth/kickboard or other parts preventing the new dishwasher from fitting. * Prepare the existing opening so the new freestanding dishwasher fits neatly underneath the kitchen counter/worktop. * Prepare and level the floor underneath the dishwasher. I need a slimline fully integrated dishwasher installed in my kitchen. Curry’s people refused to install it because the gap is wider than the dishwasher width and the old one was held in place by screws. They wanted someone to put wood panels there instead but I’m not sure it’s really necessary. The job is removing the old dishwasher, installing the new one and taking the old one from the 2nd floor down to the street for collection.
