Hi, I need someone to remove a broken integrated washing machine and prepare the space for a replacement freestanding washing machine. The existing machine is an integrated Candy washing machine fitted under the kitchen worktop. Appliance installers have advised that they cannot remove the integrated unit themselves and have asked me to arrange this before they can install the new machine. The job would include: • Disconnecting and removing the existing integrated washing machine. • Checking the clearance under the worktop and removing or adjusting any trim, panel, bracket, or fitting above the machine if required to allow a standard freestanding washing machine to fit. • Taking away and disposing of the old machine. • Leaving the water, waste, and electrical connections ready for the new appliance installer. Install a dishwasher, dishwasher is slightly further away but I have bought the necessary tubes needed included in pics. Tubes will go under cabinet and then link to adjacent dishwasher. Should be fairly straightforward.

Looking for a plumber to install a proper cold water feed valve for a washing machine. There is an existing cold water pipe in place, but it does not currently have a standard threaded outlet suitable for a washing machine hose. The job is to fit a suitable isolation valve with a 3/4" threaded connection. The waste pipe is already in place. Access is straightforward (see photo).
