Repair Broken Wire / Fix Boot Loop on ProForm Treadmill ​Task Description: My ProForm Carbon T10 Treadmill (Model: PFTL10724INT1) is currently stuck on a loading screen because of a physically damaged wire. The tablet console up top is turning on, but it cannot communicate with the motor below. ​I have already taken off the motor cover and diagnosed the exact root cause: ​The Problem: The main data wire harness is physically torn open where it enters the base of the right-hand metal frame tube. The internal copper wires are exposed and severed. ​The Board Status: The lower motor controller board is getting power safely (green lights are on), but it has a solid red error light indicating a broken data connection.
