We have converted our loft space above the garage to a home office, which is accessed via a pull down ladder. We’re looking for someone to supply and install a balustrade around the opening of the ladder to make it safe while people are upstairs. We have three 120 x 70 x 1900 fence posts, a larger post that would need to be cut to size, and railing that we’d like to use for the posts and hand rail if possible. We do not have any of the cable materials for the balustrade or bolts for the floor. Example design attached. Sketch of the dimensions is attached. We’d like four posts and a balustrade along three sides. We’ll supply a safety gate which we can install ourselves. All the pieces of the original wall are there if these can be reassembled!?! Need a quote to have cement sheet wall panels rendered or the whole fence texture painted using something like Dulux acra Sand or equivalent. There are 8 sections. Each section is 2.0 x 2.4m with 2 cement sheet horizontal joins as per picture. Picture only shows half the fence (4 sections). The posts and capping do not require rendering but texture painted if painting. Would require 2 coats render plus 1 coat colour. We have installed our retractable awning but arms will not retract

We have two planter boxes that have damaged render (see pics). Looking for someone to repair and/or redo render. Planter boxes are 260L x 50D x 68H (left) and 210L x 50D x 68H (right). Left have more damage along the bottom and right has more damage along the top edge.

External architectural brick and blue board pillar requires scraping back re-gauzing and re-rendering (in other words waterproofing) at the join.I am happy to paint once work is done. Anytime in the next 3 to 4 weeks would be suitable
