I have a small hole, smaller then 10cm, on a gyprock wall that needs repairing

Damaged area of brick fence requires rendering and painting to be matching with surrounding area.

Just needing someone to make an outdoor power point to connect various things to.

Rendering of brick wall, approximately 17 meters in length, 600mm high, stepped. Will also include a small amount of brickwork on one side pillar- cutting approximately 500mm of brick and rebuilding in double brick

Hole in window cornice when trying to install curtain rod - approx 700x700mm

Power not working in kitchen power points. Elsewhere is fine. Can't find issue at power board.

I have 3 broken power point which need replacing.

8 skylights need new gyprock surrounds, slight ceiling damage rectification work and painting required

Some electric work needs to be done around the house: 1/ Change 3 downlights in kitchen. The lights are square shape (15cmx15cm), with a square hole at the back. Hope to replace with new LED downlights. (see picture 1,2,3) 2/ fix 1 down light in dining room. Needs transformer changed for light in the middle. We would like to have a fully licensed and insured carpenter to build a timber framed partition wall to enclose a wall opening. Tasks include: 1. Construct and install a timber framed partition wall (approximately width 2.5m, height 2m, depth 0.3). 2. Construct and install a timber internal door jamb to new timber framed wall. 3. Hang a MDF Solidcore Flush Internal Door (we will make additional payment for this item according to its purchase price). 4. Install a door handle (supplied by us). 5. Insulated using Earthwool insulation SoundShield Wall Batt (supplied by us). 6. New wall is gyprocked using Gyprock Soundchek, plastered & sanded, but no painting needed. 7. Install skirting boards to both sides of the new wall. - Due date: Flexible

Install 3 exterior mains powered lights (supplied by owner) on exterior wall above deck. Install 1 external rated dual power socket (supplied by owner) on same wall. There are existing exterior lights and the circuit could be extended to service the new lights. However these lights are at a higher level and a long ladder will be needed to access them. There is also an external power circuit that can be used for the power point, but the circuit will need to be modified. - Due date: Flexible
