Scope of Work: - Remove and dispose of the old flashing. - Supply and install new Colorbond flashing material. - Must cut a chase/groove into the rendered brick wall using a masonry grinder to mechanically lock and tuck the flashing in properly, rather than just surface-gluing with silicone. - Apply a heavy, continuous bead of high-grade exterior polyurethane sealant.
