I’m seeking an experienced tiler to tile my front verandah at my home in Edwardstown. Approx 15 sqm. Job to include: - Supply and instal a single piece of 1500mm long x 300mm wide x 30mm thick bulnosed slate edging - Mechanicaly etch the existing concrete to remove al the paint from the existing substrate - Screed the floor area to create fals and required finished floor levels - Instal expandable mesh throughout the screed to absorb any possible movement from the existing concrete - Tile the verandah with an 'Octagons and dots' pattern and a 'pencil' border - Grout and silicone as necessary - Supply of al consumables

Verandah installer with builders licence to supply and install a verandah. Including polycarbonate skylight sheets to enclose to fence line. Bolted to concrete. Have council approval and engineering. A site measure will be required prior. As measurements are an approximate only. Will be slightly smaller than measurements on plan.

The exposed underside of the roof will need batons and then sheeting. The front will need some form of fascia to dress it up. The photos of the house next door’s verandah gives an example
