Simple job: drill through my timber verandah beam (30 mm thick) and fit approximately 10 x M10 x 75 mm stainless eye bolts with washers and Nyloc nuts. I supply all the hardware and a one-page sheet with marked photos showing exactly where each bolt goes - one near each post, one mid-bay, all on a level line. You bring a drill, a sharp 10.5 mm bit, a spanner and a step ladder. Single-storey, flat paving, max height approx. 2.4 m.

Verandah painted. The posts and roof posts painted. Currently has no roof. All paint and paint brushes will be supplied.

The exposed underside of the roof will need batons and then sheeting. The front will need some form of fascia to dress it up. The photos of the house next door’s verandah gives an example

Need verandah railing aluminium and show some designs bought and installed start to finish

The bottom section of veranda post has rotted as well. Veranda post is 95 x 95mm. Also a section of balustrade needs replacing consisting of a section of horizontal and vertical dowels.
