Remove timber and replace 10 x 3 front verandah low set cottage.

We would like our front and rear upstairs verandahs sanded and stained, each one is 16sqm (2m x 8m). They are in pretty good condition and need to be sanded and have a couple of coats of Intergrain natural stain. I can supply the Intergrain stain.

Sister a joist, or new joist.

I have just pulled down a timber pergola however, need 6 timber posts that are cemented into the ground removed.

Access is straightforward at the front of the property. Please bring: • Ladder suitable for single-storey roofline • Hedge trimmer / pruning equipment • Green waste removal capability Not looking for full tree removal — just proper pruning and clearance.

Repair and replace tessellated tiles on verandah

need a tiler to install 600x 600 sqm tiles in my verandah. it is around 60 sqm concrete area.

Need 2 Verandah supply and install for both sides of my house in bundoora (City of Banyule Council). One is 15m x 3m mainly for car parking and another is about (6-9)m x 3m mainly for undercover for clothes drying. Thank you

Repair or replace either or both of the two timber units, post and or that part of the balustrade - not sure if and what can be fixed or needs replacing altogether. Scott of work is provide advise. Time, effort and tools required for job. Anything need replacing I will reimburse separately. Cheers

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.

All tools provided just labour needed. Around 4 hours work. 10am to around 2pm.
