Verandah repair, handyman to replace or sister joist, rest of Verandah seems strong .

Currently have 8 front verandah posts that sit on the ground, 2 exhibiting termite activity, some have had wood rot work done on them previously. Looking for options to raise them off the ground and repair/replace posts as required.

We have a large shrub/tree growing directly against the front verandah of our home. The shrub is currently: • Touching the gutter and roofline • Touching verandah posts and beams • Very dense internally We need it professionally pruned back to: • Create 300–500mm clearance from roof, gutters and verandah • Remove all branches touching the house • Thin out internal density for airflow • Lift the lower canopy off the ground • Remove all green waste This is primarily for pest prevention (reduce cockroaches/lizards accessing the house). Access is straightforward at the front of the property. Please bring: • Ladder suitable for single-storey roofline • Hedge trimmer / pruning equipment • Green waste removal capability Not looking for full tree removal — just proper pruning and clearance.

Repair and replace tessellated tiles on verandah

need a tiler to install 600x 600 sqm tiles in my verandah. it is around 60 sqm concrete area.

Repair steps and verandah area as pictures and re-paint whole verandah and steps with a Dulux (Acratex AcraSand) paint or similar. Approx 10sqm total. Preparing house for sale. Work required to be done in late March / early April. Thanks

Need 2 Verandah supply and install for both sides of my house in bundoora (City of Banyule Council). One is 15m x 3m mainly for car parking and another is about (6-9)m x 3m mainly for undercover for clothes drying. Thank you

Repair or replace either or both of the two timber units, post and or that part of the balustrade - not sure if and what can be fixed or needs replacing altogether. Scott of work is provide advise. Time, effort and tools required for job. Anything need replacing I will reimburse separately. Cheers

Verandah railing needs a bit of life bought back into it. Sanding and painting. All materials and tools provided. Other general handy tasks around home available. Happy to pay per hour or task, negotiable. Do not need to have a trade, just take pride in your work.

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.

All tools provided just labour needed. Around 4 hours work. 10am to around 2pm.
