The job is to replace the brick steps and brick letterbox at the front of a cottage with a raised concrete path along the verandah, and a concrete base for the mailbox. The verandah deck is 9.6 m long, and the ground falls about 525 mm from the left end to the right (driveway) end. The ramp slopes from entry at the driveway to the height of 245mm at the left end. Will include removing the brick step at the front door, the brick letterbox, the raised concrete step in the existing path and the galvanised stair handrail. Break out or overlay the existing path as needed for the new levels, and dispose of all rubble. Pics are current setup and mock-up of ramp. (Last photo shows the path, looking from the driveway).

A small extension to the house has a leakage during heavy rain, possibly due to water flowing back from the gutter, into the cement board under. Need someone to come give me a quote to fix it.

Two pieces of colorbond ridge capping were blow off in a storm. They are in good condition and can be replaced. They need to be re-screwed back on with weatherproof washers, then sealed with silicone. The capping is from the middle of a bullnose verandah, on the second story, at the front left corner of the house. Access is show in the photos and would require a ladder of at least 4 metres, it can be from the front or right side of the house.
