I have a security screen I need fitted to my front door and some security bars I need fitted to my verandah. I need a security door for my verandah which i have not got. I also need a security screen fitted for my back door which i have not got but could buy if necessary. I of course will pay for the doors if you could acquire ones that are suitable. The door for the verandah will need to be wider than normal doors usually are

To assemble 1 x Livsip Classic Outdoor Storage Cabinet - 65 x 37 x 173cm purchased from Harvey Norman. I have the assembly instructions booklet.

Paint slatted walls on deck. Clean timber on deck and verandah. Stain the same. Veranda goes all 4 sides of house Have the tools Painting approx 50sq metres inc top picket rails and 73 pickets Decking is approx 275 square metres incl stairs Boards are treated pine 15cm wide

I'm wishing to have my verandah repainted

We will have the areas rust removed and prepped then we need the sheeting installed to prevent further rust damage. The quote would need to include the underneath of each balcony and all surrounding walkways on the two bottom levels of the building.

We will supply the pavers but require someone to supply grout and lay pavers on an exisiting concrete verandah. May also require a small amount of self leveling cement. See photo attached. Measures 6540x 1840 - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible

Fly screen is torn away from frame - need replacement before rainy weekend.

1))Ceiling on back verandah had mould..needs scrub with long mop. Also some timber around verandah roof and fan needs clean. 2) hang up solar powered lights once verandah is clean

Bargeboard has fallen of terrace verandah. Needs to be reattached. May need woodhardener and or primer. And remaining bargeboards to be checked.

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.

Unscrew shift and refasten approx 13 sheets of verandah to create no gaps. Rattling air vent - rescrew to stop rattle.
