Conventional pitched roof, verandahs on all four sides, in corrugated iron in good condition. Total area ( on the flat ) of approximately 250 square metres. Quotes to include options to both retain roofing iron, or, to be left on site.

Corner of verandah timber rotted

The front verandah to our house has a leak in the corner which has been present for some time. Due to the leak the timber in that immediate area is water damaged. Looking for somebody to replace the damaged bits of timber and fix the leak. Also have a separate downpipe that is damaged and needs replacing.

Most timber has had one coat, may need a clean/light sand. Ladder and mobile scaff available on site. Have black paint here but can get more if it runs out.
