This task is for inspection only to assess the scope of work and provide a quote. I’m looking for an experienced handyman or roofer to inspect my verandah’s polycarbonate roofing. Several sheets have become loose, and it seems that at least 2 sheets need replacing, although additional sheets may also require repair or replacement.

External verandah needs enclosure need to build window and glass metal frame then install window glass and door.

Hang 2 new flywire doors (hardware provided). Install bolt locks on one door (provided) and door closer (provided) on the other door. Replace post on verandah. Replacement timber is provided. Straighten up verandah with new screws.

I have an outdoor decking area. When it rains, water comes through from the side. It's a small gap just a few cms. I am wanting to waterproof it so no more water comes into my decking area.
