I need a handyman to patch the hole and treat some minor dry mold residue at the base.Scope of work : Clean the black mold residue from the skirting board joint at the base of the wall using a mold-killer spray. Patch the existing open drywall square up high Tape, mud, and flush the joints smoothly. Sand the patch perfectly flat so the entire wall is 100% ready for painting.
