Corner of verandah timber rotted

I have 2 freestanding flat roof verandahs to installed purchased from Olympic industries. Posted to be installed and concreted into the ground. Available to install after 14/10/24. Location next to house and chemically bolted to hebel walls. Verandah 1 - 3.52x1.99m x3m height with 4x 65mm posts Verandah 2 - 3x3.4m x 3m height with 4x 90mm posts.

Need help completing a carport and erecting a verandah

The front verandah to our house has a leak in the corner which has been present for some time. Due to the leak the timber in that immediate area is water damaged. Looking for somebody to replace the damaged bits of timber and fix the leak. Also have a separate downpipe that is damaged and needs replacing.

Put a back verandah up i have most of the tin for roof

Most timber has had one coat, may need a clean/light sand. Ladder and mobile scaff available on site. Have black paint here but can get more if it runs out.

Build approx 15m of verandah in steel to match and extend from current verandah (Stratco Outback-1980s). Replace rear gutter

Existing Stratco verandah fixed to the house (2 sections - 1st section approx 10m long x 5m wide and 2nd section 9m long x 4m wide). I want both sections taken down and then re-installed on the same site in a different location (as free standing). Both sections don't need to be done at the same time (either disassembly or re-install) Posts are cemented in and need to be cut and replaced in new location. New posts will also be required at the end that was fixed to the roof joists. Section 1 has 4 posts and Section 2 has 3 posts. I want to install a 11.0 m x 3.6 m gabled verandah. I will buy all the materials and get council approvals but need someone to erect the verandah. It would attach to the house with rafter brackets cut through the metal facia, with 4 posts a timber facia beam and 12 timber trusses. then sheeted with colourbond corrigated sheets and 4 Polycarbonate.

1. Extend existing verandah towards driveway by 2 meters 2. Remove existing gate 3. Prepare structure for roller door 4. Install roller door

Remove and take away. Easy access.

Steel attached verandah needs finishing off. Another installer has assembled the frame, attached it to the house and concreted the uprights in. It needs the rafting installed, guttering installed and roof sheeting installed.

My verandah/outdoor area needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Webs and dust, fans, lights, walls, ceiling of verandah and cement. Pressure washer/ cleaner will be needed and other cleaning tools/ chemicals etc. *All items in the photos will be moved Available to be cleaned from the morning of Sunday 14th January. - Due date: Flexible
