The outdoor garden tap has broken off at the wall. The brass tap body is intact, but it was threaded into a plastic/poly wall fitting that snapped cleanly at the collar—the sheared threaded ring is still on the tap threads. I have disconnected the irrigation/hose water from another point for now.

Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or concrete specialist to cut and level a concrete slab in my yard to match the adjacent footpath. Scope of Work: Use a concrete saw to make clean cuts on both sides of a concrete slab. Jackhammer and remove the excess concrete to match the exact level of the adjacent concrete footpath (to eliminate a tripping hazard). Safely cap/secure the wire conduit in the middle and apply fresh concrete mix to render the top surface to a smooth, flat finish.

Render hole patch in facade

We have a solid brick home, and the exterior wall has been rendered and painted. We have then installed a new larger window. The edging of the brick/plaster/render needs tidying up where it was cut out. I assume that it needs filling, rendering and then painting. We will supply the render mix and the paint to match wall colour. I’ve got grey tube of builders concrete. Tools and any other filler materials required to be provided or advised in quote info. Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo).
