Install x1 new power point in our laundry room. (There is already one there at a higher point on the wall, the new one would go directly below at the standard position) 3. Replace existing ceiling lights from standard bulb fitting to downlight fittings: x1 toilet room, x1 bathroom, x1 wardrobe Note: The wardrobe light is desired to have a motion sensor capability (if possible, based on advice and estimate). Tv too close to heater. I need a power point moved up and the tv mount also moved up. Remount tv. May have to remove the old power point if it’s visible once moving tv.

2 year old tiled roof has couple broken tiles need replacement (have spare).Also needs some repointing done ,ridge cap has a hole needs repointing. Also have 4 metre wide verandah needs flashing done
