Electrical & plumbing
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. You’d need to hire an electrician to install your new light fittings or electrical equipment, like ovens. And you’d need a plumbing tradie to help with plumbing tasks, like fitting new taps and pipes, or gas plumbing tasks like installing or repairing heaters and stoves. Carpentry & cabinet making
Tradesmen are usually qualified professionals, so they’re ideally suited to tasks that need a higher skill level than a handyman. I have a Rinnai 3kw portable AC unit which needs venting to an awning style window. The supplied venting pipe length is sufficient to reach the window. I would like to ensure the fitment is as closed to sealed as possible. I don't believe the existing hardware allows for a satisfactory seal. Some adjustments or additional brackets will likely be required. This needs to be a non permanent solution, the window frame cannot be drilled into as this is a rental. Sui was incredible. Excellent attitude and workmanship. He fixed the tennis ball sized hole in our wall along with some other smaller patches they needed a fix up. He even went to Bunnings to get the correct colour paint. The wall looks brand new, thanks mate. 100% would hire him again.
