Looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to reinstate walls and ceilings following termite-related timber remediation. The affected areas have already been opened up. This task is for plasterboard repairs and finishing, not termite treatment or structural timber repairs. There are four areas: A. Garage wall: Re-sheet the exposed wall around the existing doorway, plus repair the opened section of the bulkhead/lining above it. Install insulation that we will supply into the exposed wall cavities before sheeting. See the two garage photos. B. Stair-side wall: Repair the long horizontal opening on the opposite side of the garage wall, above the stairs. C. Hallway: Repair the ceiling access opening and other small affected wall/ceiling areas shown in the photos. D. Laundry/corridor wall: Reinstate the wall opening and associated ceiling inspection holes following the timber top-plate repair. The red line in the “before” photo marks the repaired timber’s location; the laundry doorway is on the right. The red line is a location reference, not an additional repair area. Please include supplying the appropriate plasterboard, necessary backing/support for patches, fixings, tape, compounds, setting and sanding. Finish all repaired surfaces smooth and ready for primer and paint, matching the existing surfaces and corners. We supply the insulation only; please include installation labour. Painting is excluded. Optional extra: Repair or replace the affected laundry cornice to match the existing profile. Please price this separately. Please protect floors, stairs and doorways, contain sanding dust, remove your waste and clean up afterwards. gyprock cutoutss , coovered with paper, are a bit smaller than in size than paper in photos

Mount a Vendline drying rack on a plasterboard wall. May need an additional timber board behind to align to the studs.

Our garage ceiling has a crack in the gyprock joint. Need it filled and the repair painted. Ceiling only about 2 years old.

I have had work carried out on my pool and the rendering lifted off, The area is dry and awaiting rendering work. Replacement area is about 3.5m long and 16 - 18 cm in wall height.

I have an outdoor awning 3m x 1m that needs putting up outside the back door. All pieces included for the job. There’s a track that would get attached to the house, awning would slide thru track, metal brackets x 3 attach to awning and then to house. Easy access to house. No stairs. Have big ladder. First 2 photos are new awning to be put up. Second 2 photos are where awning needs to be attached (small white awning will be removed)

A carpenter has just finished putting in a couple of walls for a new bathroom in my granny flat and now I need someone to plaster the board gaps. The walls will be painted over and not tiled over and the walls are villaboard not gyprock as it is a wet area. I have hardies joining compound base coat and top coat plus a couple rolls of joining tape if needed. If you want to use your own materials that is completely fine as well.
