We have removed a daybed from our house, and had to remove a section of the render in the process. This now needs to be re-rendered and plastered so we can paint. The back wall has a new stud wall with plasterboard fitted.

Part 1: Our old awning windows do not close flush with the frame - there is a gap between sash and frame which is usually a different dimension between left and right. Looking to have this rectified. Part 2: Remove old door handles and install new knobs. This requires increasing the size of the cutout in the door to 54mm diameter. Happy to negotiate price for one of the items above if required.

dismantle and remove a pergolla awning

I need help removing render from a brick wall. Super important that the bricks aren't damaged during the process as the bricks will remain exposed. I have started the process using a paint scraper (see photos). You'll also need to clean up after the work.

Hi, I need a qualified renderer to perform some outdoor render work. I have two sections that needs to be rendered in the color of Wattyl 'Urban Grey'.
