Looking for an experienced carpenter or skilled plasterer to frame and sheet a bulkhead in a hallway for a Euro laundry conversion. The bulkhead needs to fill the gap between the top of the upcoming cabinetry layout and an existing raked ceiling. Specs & Dimensions: - Length: 3585mm - Height/Drop: 306mm (Starts at 1885mm from finished floor level) - Depth: 805mm (Deep return to match cabinetry depth) - Ceiling above: Existing raked ceiling Scope of Work: - Supply all necessary materials (timber/steel framing, gyprock, beads, stopping compound). - Frame out the bulkhead securely. - Gyprock, flush, mud, and sand to a paint-ready finish (Level 4/5 finish required). Note: Painting is NOT required. Requirements: - Must bring all your own tools, ladders, and drop sheets. - Prior experience with precise bulkhead framing and setting is essential - needs to be perfectly level and square for integrated cabinetry to sit flush underneath. - Please provide photos of previous plastering/bulkhead work with your offer. Timing: Flexible over the next 2–3 weeks.

Gyprock repair approximately 40 x 70cm. Replace Gyprock, plaster and sand

A carpenter has just finished putting in a couple of walls for a new bathroom in my granny flat and now I need someone to plaster the board gaps. The walls will be painted over and not tiled over and the walls are villaboard not gyprock as it is a wet area. I have hardies joining compound base coat and top coat plus a couple rolls of joining tape if needed. If you want to use your own materials that is completely fine as well.

Tape and plaster 76sqm of gyprock to ceiling and walls Install 24 lm of cornice square set door way and corners of room Skim areas of room that have cracks or poorly taped sheets (5 lm) 1 day setting all sheets and cornice no need to return for sanding No need for material (just tools etc)

Require some patching and setting to be completed. I have patched most of the holes although I still require some setting. Total of 11 sections (please see attached pictures).

Assemble flatpack Sauna. It’s really a two person job because the front panel is glass and a bit heavier. Requires drill and three foot ladder. Very simple to assemble. Approximate time would be 1.5 hours. Remove cardboard packaging.

Hi,The old air conditioner removed and the hole is boarded up. Plasterer work to be carried out in Bedroom and a Fibre board on the outside which can be unscrewed for easy access.

Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level. He said he would come and pack it out, and make level, but ghosted me 🤦‍♂️ It is in the kitchen, and cant have a buckled opening next to a brand new kitchen, obviously.
