Find experienced local tradies in Ashgrove

I have knocked up a small (approx. 4mx1m) besser block wall in my front yard. See image. It is in front of, but is separated from, another wall behind it. Wooden top is removable. I’d like the wall to be rendered before I paint it.

We need a qualified carpenter to take down this existing balustrade, and put in a higher one. We are moving in soon and our large dog will be able to jump this. We have the correct paint to repaint it, but would need you to source the wood and fixtures. We will also still need a gate there. Multiple cracks in the garden wall rendering, getting bigger and would like to get them fixed and cleaned up. I would predict about a 1/2 day job and I would ideally like it done in the next week. - Due date: Flexible

The connection between the wooden balustarde and vertical steel post/bracket for the external rear stairs has come away. Need to sort out a quick fix for the weekend and then a more permanent fix later on. I can forward photos. - Due date: Before Saturday, 3 December 2022

Need to render approximately 8 sqm of an external wall around a barbecue area. Only the external side and the top of the wall needs to be rendered.. The area to be rendered is in villaboard panels. Render 2 external Versaloc brick walls for pizza oven stand (inside and out) . The back wall is hidden and not required, but inside the stand all 3 walls are required. 2 side walls approx 1.65m long x 1 metre high x 200 cm wide bricks on front 3 internal walls - as above for two internal sides, but teh back is approx 1.4 m wide and 1 metre high. Supply render and tools, I can paint myself.

I have a discrete section of a rendered wall of the house (below a window) which has been damaged. A water pump caught fire and the acrylic pump cover melted with some melted material affixing to the wall. I need the that portion of the wall repaired and repainted.

2 x small welds required to reattach a short 1.4 meter section of iron balustrade to the existing iron balustrade. Easy access, height above ground 0.5 meters. Should take max 1 hour to complete.

Small area of wall has been damaged following a water pump catching fire and the acrylic pump cover melting. Area needs to be cleaned and repaired if necessary and repainted. Matching paint will be provided as house was fairly recently painted. Photos of damaged area available.

The Paint on the railings on my verandah is stripping off, and needs to be replaced with a good undercoat and finish color. I have a can of the finish paint.
