Floor boards require sanding and sealing. There is quite a bit of variation in the floor currently, we do not expect a perfect outcome just a bit more consistency and brightness. We plan to re-do the flooring in 2 years so this is a semi-temporary fix. The area that requires sanding is 67sqm. There are two bedrooms, one living room and the corridor. I would like this job completed between the 11-15 June.

Timber floors have lifted in certain parts. Need to be refitted and glued down. I can provide the glue. White sheeting underneath current timber floors.

Seven year old timber deck restoration. 5m by 2m in size. Deep cleaning and proper sanding. Timber treated/protected against rot, mould and weather and finished with a high-quality UV- and water-resistant decking oil or stain (preferably non-slip).

Need to get timber floor in a condition ready for sanding and polishing. The task includes removing all nails/pins and punching any existing structural nails (Approx 70sqm).

Hallway carpet needs to be ripped up and timber laid as dogs have ruined it during the colder/wet months. Area is approx 15m2. Timber and tools would need to be provided as nothing at house.

We several dark water stains on our timber floorboards which need to be repaired as part of an end of lease clean. The stains were caused by water collecting below pot plants and a long mirror. In the first instance, we are hopeful, some stains can be repaired without requiring sanding and refinishing. Looking for a professional floor expert to help us with this job.

Need someone to finish this timber flooring in the areas in the photos(including under fridge). Some panels may need to be removed (eg. Where cut on an angle) to allow for a clean finish. I have the flooring panels onsite. The floor that is concrete in photos needs to be levelled with the tiled areas. I have some 9mm boards made from MDF to cater for this. They need to be cut down and fitted before the timber flooring is placed down.

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

Timber deck approx 5m x 4m All boards and framework to be pulled apart, removed and taken away

I have a pine timber deck about 3m x 3.2m which needs sanding back so that I can stain it. I tried to Gerni off mould and now it’s patchy ☹️

Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards. Damage includes: -A couple of small holes/chips in the wood -some surface wear/scratches in nearby area I’m not looking for a full sand/polish at this stage — just a tidy cosmetic repair (fill, colour match, and seal if needed) to make the damage less noticeable. Please bring your own tools/materials and have experience with timber floor patch repairs. Photos attached.
