Help me lay timber floor by carrying and open packs

To install the timber floor for the living room and dining area and one small bedroom around 62-65 square meters in the house, reinstall/replace skirting and trims. Timber has been removed

One of our floorboards has had some irreparable damage done to it and needs replacing. The floorboard itself is probably only 1m in length. We have a number of existing spare boards of variable lengths already polished. We just need someone to extract the damaged board and fit an existing one to size. May need to be cut to size.

Colour match and blend the repair with the surrounding floor. Apply a protective finish. The aim is not a perfect restoration. I'm preparing my home for sale and simply want the damaged area to blend with the surrounding floor so it no longer stands out. Repair damaged area of timber facia board on portico. Fill, sand smooth, prime/seal and repaint (paint supplied)

Floors are 4 years old. Some chips and scratches I'd like repaired/concealed where possible. I'd like a coating (probably polyurethane type?) that will better protect the floor and last a good while before needing recoating/refinishing again. Current finish appears to be fairly natural/matte or satin. I'd like to go for satin this time for a slightly better and modern look.
