Need to remove old rotten/unsafe timber decking and replace with new concrete. Pool area must stay secure while fence is down (young child on site) **AREA 2 — Side path (~8.7 m², approx 4.37m × 1.99m)** - Same scope: remove old timber, fill/compact, pour plain concrete - Old timber boundary fence alongside looks damaged — quote separately to repair/replace if you can **Please include in your offer:** - Fixed price per area (materials + labour + base fill + disposal) - Concrete thickness + whether steel mesh reinforcement is included - Earliest start date

Need to lightly sand and apply stain to these posts. We will supply the stain. The beam is rather high so a large ladder is necessary.

Roughly 9m x 5.5m in size Will need one or two waterfall steps made onto the grass Some bush clearing required but my partner and I can help you with this. Hi, I have a small section of solid timber flooring that has lifted due to water damage. It’s only a small area (about ___ boards / approx ___ sqm). I understand it may require board replacement and spot sanding/recoating. I’m happy with a small job and understand there may be slight colour variation. Would you be able to take on a small repair job?

Flat on the ground, concrete slab house. To remove carpet from 3 bedrooms, 4th bedroom tiled, kitchen, family, dining, living room, entry area all tiled. Some tiles loose, others broken. Lay 3mm timber flooring over tiles.

3 decking boards are rotted and need replacing. We have replacement timber, just needs cutting to length and replace with existing screws.
