Few timer floors are damaged by water. Need to remove and install new timer tiles of same design in brand new apartment. Total affected apartment: Number of timer tiles: 2-4 in each apartment: Tiles size approx 2-3 square feet. Please provide me quote for 1 meter square or 1 sq feet for installation and removal. Also, provide me cost breakdown of: Tiles cost range & labour cost. Need to finish task within a week.

Timber is already on site. 30m2 cypress pine t&g, secret nails on new joist.

Need someone to finish this timber flooring in the areas in the photos(including under fridge). Some panels may need to be removed (eg. Where cut on an angle) to allow for a clean finish. I have the flooring panels onsite. The floor that is concrete in photos needs to be levelled with the tiled areas. I have some 9mm boards made from MDF to cater for this. They need to be cut down and fitted before the timber flooring is placed down.

Around 110sq M 15 steps 3 Bed, a living room space, steps and tiny kitchen space

Looking for a carpenter to replace a few sections of my timber decking in backyard. A few boards have popped up and need to be re-secured or replaced. I don’t have spare boards.

Need someone that can install timber flooring in the area in the photo (including under fridge). Materials are onsite. Some panels need to be removed as they are cut on an angle (see images). Not looking at putting underlay underneath however, the floor needs to be packed using the MDF boards I have onsite. Probably a days work.
