Looking for someone experienced in laminate flooring to replace 4 damaged floorboards near my bathroom doorway. One board has already been removed, and the other 3 need to be carefully removed and replaced. I haven’t purchased replacement flooring yet, so ideally looking for someone who can help source a close match to the existing colour and style. Want the new boards properly fitted, secured and sitting flush with the surrounding flooring. Photos attached showing the 4 boards that need replacing. Located in Carlton NSW 2218. 12mm laminate (Aspect brand) with 3mm underlay. 53sqm total. Single storey, no steps. Gyprock walls, no skirting. No kickboards in kitchen. Floor prep has been done. Subfloor type is concrete slab (levelled) and original floorboards. Carpet Court screwed me over massively. Rooms are empty, floorboards are here. I don’t have any trim - C-channel in Spotted Gum preferred. Please only make an offer if you’re a proper flooring installer or carpenter who has done this plenty of times.

Hi there, I need a experienced handyman or flooring specialist to repair a small section of damaged laminate flooring located at the bathroom entrance. Scope of work: • Remove 1-2 damaged laminate planks (swollen/cracked due to water/impact). • Supply and install replacement planks. • Check if a new transition strip is needed between the tile and laminate to ensure a waterproof and neat finish.
