We will have the areas rust removed and prepped then we need the sheeting installed to prevent further rust damage. The quote would need to include the underneath of each balcony and all surrounding walkways on the two bottom levels of the building.

Two neighbours and myself need our gutters cleaned ASAP. We live in small (100 sq metres each) villas with gutters on the front and back; none on the sides. I’ve attached some photos for reference. The total is for all 3 properties @ $150 each.

Have a 2013 Toyota Hiace with a MaxxAir roof fan, of which the wires have been damaged and need redoing. The wiring is currently run outside the ceiling but would be preferred to run it through the ceiling.

Recommendations from insurance • Replace roof sheet or install drypan flashing over the penetrations from the old solar ducting • Replace deteriorating / split dektites • Install drypan flashings to all penetrations • Ensure capping lap joints are under sealed with silicone • Over seal blind rivet heads to capping’ - delete the basketball hoop and either replace roof sheet or install dry pan flashing over penetrations from old fixings

Clean solar panels - single story flat roof . Must have experience doing this. I think there are about 8 -10 panels. TBC

Have multiple patches in ceiling that need repair and sanding as well as gap filling around cornices and then paint to complete. I have the paint, Gap filler and filler compound. Need done before this Friday as floor is epoxy painted then.

House gutter needs cleaning

A roofer is needed for 1hr of labour. We have a single storey brick house with tiled roof. I have installed a new ducted rangehood to be connected to the eave with semi rigid hose, however, it is too crowded at eave area. Task is to step on roof, remove few tiles and connect the semi rigid hose to a flexi hose (125mm), then bring the flexi to eave area (where there is already s grille installed). I will provide the ladder, flexi hose and connector, so only labour is required. Location: Noosaville

The tile roof has leaked during the heavy rain of Saturday 15th November. It did NOT leak during major storm of 24th Nov. It was repaired once by another contractor but he has moved out of zone and can't reattend. Can supply pictures when required.

Door needs sound proof seal. Front Solid Core Door needs seal inside frame and something at bottom of door to restrict noise from cafe next door. There is a gap all around door side, top and bottom
