I have a corrugated metal roof with one translucent polycarbonate sheet incorporated into it. Someone stepped on the polycarbonate sheet and it’s now cracked, so it needs to be removed and replaced before we get significant rain. It’s just the one sheet.

There is a trickle of water coming down the outside wall under the patio roof every time it rains. Am concerned it is also leaking into ceiling of patio roof, so would like to seal it at the top. Most likely from iron roof splitting from wall in that small spot. Hopefully just needs sealant to fix. Need ladder and sealant of iron roof and concrete wall.

Need someone to remove top piece of fireplace flue from roof (fireplace and internal flue have already been removed). Then install roof sheet where the flue hole is. Good access through bathroom window onto roof and harness connector on roof.

Gutter cleaning and whirlybird repair

Carefully remove roof sheets off 2 x patios (40 m2) in total. Keep all roof screws for re-use. Neatly stack sheets for rubbish removal by others.

We need an Handyman to reattach some gutters which are starting to come away from the roof (approx. 2-3m length) as well as install some shelves in the kitchen
