We would also like some construction materials/ items removed from the house and taken to the tip, including the old guttering, an awning (in pictures), a flat pack wardrobe (disassembled), and an outdoor table (pictured, now in disrepair).

Looking to get a roof, solar panel and gutter clean. 2 parts to the roof 1. Front is a gable roof, approximately 15mx5m - this is developing a lot of dirt and some green "scale" on it 2. Back part of roof is colourbond, roughly 8x5 metres, 2 storey for the back part. The manhole in our house has been left open. There is a piece of white plywood here that just needs to be cut to size. We need someone with a tall ladder who can measure up, cut the wood, and slot it in there. Should be a very quick / simple job.

We have two downpipes that are badly designed with right angle bends that easily block with leaves. I'd like to replace them with either plastic piping or concertinaed piping. See photos. The gutter are all OK as far as I can see.
