Flashing around chimney stack leaking, slate roof tiles have come loose

Supply and install new flyscreens for apartment. Job includes: one balcony sliding door (estimated total opening 2250mm wide x 1900mm high) to be fitted with pet/paw-proof mesh. Two bedroom sliding windows (approximately each 1150mm x 850mm) to be fitted with standard flyscreen mesh.

We would like 4-5 wooden shelves built and installed to display Lego for my son. If possible, we would also like a bike hanger installed in the backyard, with a rain cover on top to protect the bike. All available at Bunnings, which is 200 metres from the house. Thanks!

Gutter cleaning required

There is strong odour from what we suspect is a possum to rat in the roof. Struggling to locate - keen for someone with experience. Unsure what usual costs are - assume additional for removal.

Replace 1 PVC downpipe with 1 rectangular metal downpipe as close to the wall as possible to give more walking space. Quote includes all materials and labour. Single storey house in Concord West NSW 2138.

Need to do the following: Re-secure & Realign: Fix a loose section of the gutter that has pulled away from the wall line to ensure proper fall towards the outlet. Leak Repair: Inspect, clean, and reseal joints, end caps, or outlet points (water continues to slow-drip long after rain stops). Clear Blockages: Check the immediate gutter section and drop outlet for debris causing water pooling. Access & Site Details: Ladder or tall extension ladder required (2-story height access required). Photos are attached showing the specific corner, capped outlet, and gutter alignment. Materials: Please bring appropriate outdoor roof sealant/silicone and standard gutter fasteners. Requirements: • Must have experience working at heights safely. • Please bring your own ladder and tools.

Approx 3 to 4 sqaure meter froyer ceiling found small watermark patch, would you send one person to inspect roof and to confirm water leakage and fix it ASAP as recent roof pressure cleaning and fixing just two months ago and done by proper roof cleaner. lshen

1. Re-Do 7.1m Pointing On Ridge Caps 2. Replace 1 Broken Tile 3. install new custom metal apron/sidewall flashing chased/fixed into wall and dressed over roof/gutter junction, sealed and made watertight.

Need around 15 meters of roof tiles cut into a new metal roof, 2 hips to be patched also. Second story, I have a scaffold onsite
