Clear Blockages: Check the immediate gutter section and drop outlet for debris causing water pooling. Access & Site Details: Ladder or tall extension ladder required (2-story height access required). I’m looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to modify a large built-in wardrobe and install a secure wall-mounting system for a Thule roof box. Roof box is a Thule Motion 3 XL The job involves: * removing the existing clothes-hanging rail and part of the shelf above it. * Supplying and installing two suitably rated hooks into the brick wall at the rear of the wardrobe, using anchors. * Supplying and fitting a suitable bar across the roof box. The box’s existing roof-rack clamps will secure it to the bar. * Lifting the box into position and placing the ends of the bar onto the wall hooks so that the box hangs vertically inside the wardrobe. We need someone to test how sound proof a building is before we lease it. You will need to bring and plug in a system to test in there. Patch in roof I would like to fix

The building has ongoing water ingress / waterproofing issues affecting several areas, including external tiled areas, planter boxes and other associated building elements. Some remedial works were previously commenced but were not fully completed. At this stage, we are looking for an experienced contractor to: Attend the site and inspect the existing conditions; Identify the likely sources of water ingress and waterproofing failure; Review any previously completed or partially completed repair works; Recommend a practical remedial solution; Clearly identify what works are genuinely necessary and what areas require repair; Provide an itemised quotation, including labour, materials, waterproofing system and associated works; and Advise on expected timeframe, warranties and any approvals/design documentation required before commencement. This is an existing strata residential/commercial building, so experience with strata remedial works, waterproofing, balconies/terraces, planter boxes and external tiled areas is highly preferred.
