I need to fix shades in my patio roof . In picture the top right patio fixture does not have shade put in . Need to be done like the one in left.

We have a slow leak from the roof. Noticed a timber piece near the tiles and gutter that is in bad shape and could be the cause. It's causing mould inside.

We have a small tree growing in our guttering/wall (I'm not able to 100% confirm). I need someone to safely access it and remove, roots and all to ensure it doesn't grow back again. Need one partition wall built in an office space in Drummoyne. Must have very good quality sound proofing. There is parking nearby but depending on the day and time there can be parking out the front of the building. No stairs, just a lift. Approximately 3m high and 2m width. I've just moved into a ground floor apartment and I've noticed that when noise comes through from the foyer, it’s quite loud. Provide an estimate for fixing roof leaks. It is at the rear of the house with a tin roof and fibro construction. I think the leaks may be able to be patched rather than a full reroofing.
