Gutter cleaning of small house in Leichhardt

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman/roofer to install a translucent/opal polycarbonate roof over an existing timber pergola/deck at my house in Sydney. I’ve attached photos of the existing structure and a reference image showing the type of finished roof I’m looking for.

I need a double GPO installed on the roof beside a skylight, power can be taken from alfresco PowerPoint, main board, or upstairs bedroom wall or many other options

See photos. 1. Re-align cold water pipe to ground -up to 3m length (soil already dug up). 2. Cover/Seal downpipe hole from gutter and add new hole only from other end (no new downpipe needed).

Easy access to close off existing downpipe hole and create new downpipe from the gutter

Sanding materials back to paint over I’ve got a sander but it’s small

1. Re-Do 7.1m Pointing On Ridge Caps 2. Replace 1 Broken Tile 3. install new custom metal apron/sidewall flashing chased/fixed into wall and dressed over roof/gutter junction, sealed and made watertight.

We need to replace a 2.5m length of rusted guttering. Replacement guttering needs to be Colourbond Ironstone. We would also like some construction materials/ items removed from the house and taken to the tip, including the old guttering, an awning (in pictures), a flat pack wardrobe (disassembled), and an outdoor table (pictured, now in disrepair).
