We need: • Gutters reattached in a few spots • Leaks repaired on a metal sheet roof This is not intended to be a full roof replacement or major renovation at this stage. We are not yet sure what our longer-term plans are for the property, so we are looking for practical, cost-effective repairs to make everything safe, secure, and in proper working condition. Stratco shed leaking roof due to slope in the ground

There is a small leak in the gutter joint of my double storeyed house. Water drips from that joint when it rains. Need someone to apply a silicone membrane to the joint to fix the leak. - Due date: Flexible

We have a gable roof. The front fascia came down in a storm. I have: - repaired and painted water damaged timber with epoxy paint - cleaned up surface rust and painted the flashing - repainted the external timber and filled in any holes What i need: Someone with scaffolding or a scissor lift who can: - clear any existing nails on the roof. It looks like 2 of them didn't come down with the timber. - reattach the repaired timber - reattach the flashing - reattach the external timber - plug any screws with filter and spray over (i have spray paint) Reason it cant be done with a ladder is the electrical wires are on the next board close to the peak, and the awning below the window prohibits a ladder to be used at a safe angle. - Due date: Flexible

Unfortunately I overestimated the strength of my roof and did not get an inspection done before installing solar. After solar installation (whether weight of panels or workers standing on roof), I noticed the drywall cracks in my ceiling and minor bowing of ceiling. Looking at the metal sheet above I see it is dipping (red circle) at the location above the cracks. Quote is to repair and strengthen roof (I will liase with solar panel team if removal of panels is needed). I will make a separate task for fixing the drywall ceiling but appreciate comments.
